Sallys Apizza

Sallys Apizza approached us as they were beginning their franchising journey. They wanted cast iron components from their flagship restaurant to be replicated, updated and adapted to fit the requirements of their new UL approved drop-in oven system going into all new restaurant locations.

We handled the scanning, design, development as well as sourcing and management of production. We created detailed installation instructions, partnered with foundries all around the US and designed custom machining jigs. All to ensure the only thing the team at Sallys had to worry about was making delicious pizza.
