A Massachusetts lobsterman realized there had to be a better way to load bait bags for lobster traps. Loading bait bags is a dexterous process that takes place as the boat is moving and pots are being hauled. The user needs to open a bag and bait it with salted cod using wet, cold, and gloved hands.

We elegantly solved the lobsterman’s problem, designed and manufactured the solution at scale with affordable COGs, and delivered a product with the true commercial durability this environment. This was a holistic end-to-end project: a client came to us with a problem and left with a packaged product, brand, and website to sell it.
